Searching “microneedling near me” gets you two things: ads, and a map pack nobody has vetted. This directory is the third option. We read the 24,000+ Google reviews behind the top-rated microneedling providers in every city we cover, cross-checked ratings on Yelp, pulled treatments and published prices from the providers’ own sites, and scored each one on signals that are hard to fake at the same time. Pick your city; every page also tells you who is legally allowed to hold the device in that state.

Why “Near Me” Searches Fail You

The map pack is not vettedGoogle ranks the pack on proximity, category and how complete the listing is. Nobody read the reviews.
Stars can be managedA perfect 5.0 from a dozen reviews tells you less than a 4.9 from eight hundred, and review counts can be bought.
Websites all look the sameFive stars, glowing testimonials, a booking link. What you need is who holds the device, what it costs, and what recent clients complained about.

How the Rankings Work

Every provider gets a ProNeedling Score from 0 to 100: rating strength (40 points, Google and Yelp blended and weighted by volume), review volume (20), cross-platform consistency (20), and a read of about 15 recent reviews per provider (20), where recurring complaints cost points. Providers with fewer than 20 Google reviews are listed but not ranked. The score is our editorial opinion based on public data, not a measure of medical quality. No provider pays for a position; Featured placements, where present, are labeled.

Before Any Appointment

Ask who holds the deviceRules differ by state. New York and California treat microneedling as medical; Florida and Georgia require medical supervision. Each city page states the rule.

Plan the aftercareResults depend on the week after as much as the treatment. Start with sunscreen after microneedling.
